How it works
We are the middle man. That is the whole point.
A broker is only worth having if they know the market better than you do and are not paid to prefer one answer. We compare the whole shelf, we tell you when staying put is the right call, and we hold no exclusivity deals with anyone on it.
Tell us what you run today
Headcount, monthly card volume, your current providers and where the pain is. A 15-minute intake call, no obligation.
We shop the whole shelf
Our brokers price your numbers with every relevant provider, pressure-test the small print and negotiate on your behalf.
You pick, we switch you
You get a plain-English comparison and our recommendation. We then handle migration, cutover and go-live end to end.

How we get paid
The provider pays us, not you.
When you go live with a provider we introduced, they pay us an introduction fee agreed in advance. That fee comes out of their margin — it is not added to your pricing, and we will show you the rate you are being quoted either way.
Because the fee is broadly similar across our shelf, we have no reason to push you towards one name. Where a fee difference is meaningful, we say so in the comparison rather than letting you find out later.
If nothing on the shelf beats what you already have, we tell you to stay where you are and we get paid nothing. That happens more often than you might expect, and it is why clients come back to us at renewal.
FCA-regulated banking partners. FSCS-protected funds.
Every bank we move your money through is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and your funds are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme — so they are covered even if a bank were ever to fail.
FCA-authorised banks only
Your money moves through banks authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Every partner can be checked on the FCA Register.
Protected by the FSCS
Eligible deposits are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme — the UK's statutory fund of last resort — up to £85,000 per person, per bank.
Held with banks, not with us
Balances sit with our banking partners rather than on our own books, so your money is never used to run our business.
Cover across several banks
We place funds with more than one partner, which means FSCS protection applies to each bank separately.
FSCS protection applies to eligible deposits held with authorised banks, currently up to £85,000 per person per bank. Cover depends on a deposit being eligible — the full rules are published at fscs.org.uk. Kredo Supermarket is an independent broker: we do not issue cards, run payroll or hold deposits ourselves.
